Welcome to The Pet Concierge Co. website. By using our site and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Overview

The Pet Concierge Co. offers pet care services including but not limited to:

• Pet sitting

• Dog walking (including group walks)

• Pet transport

• Home visits

All services are subject to availability and confirmation of your booking.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance via our website, phone, or email.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a full-service charge.

• No-shows will be charged at the full rate.

3. Payments

• Payment is due before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payment via card, bank transfer, or an approved booking platform.

• Late payments may incur a fee.

4. Pet Requirements

• All pets must be in good health and up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick treatments.

• Dogs must be sociable and able to interact safely with other dogs and people (if joining group walks).

• The Pet Concierge Co. reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a pet displays aggressive or unsafe behavior.

5. Keys & Home Access

• By booking a home visit or pet sitting service, you agree to grant access to your property for the agreed time and date.

• Keys will be securely stored and will never be labeled with your address.

• We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by third parties while we are not on-site.

6. Liability

• The Pet Concierge Co. takes all reasonable care while performing our duties. However, we are not liable for:

  • Illness, injury, or loss of pets unless due to proven negligence

  • Accidents or property damage due to pets’ behavior

• You (the owner) are responsible for all costs related to injuries caused by your pet to people, other pets, or property.

7. Emergency Veterinary Care

• In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately.

• If you are unreachable, we reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary care at your expense.

• You agree to reimburse all fees incurred during emergency care.

8. Photography & Media

• We may take photos or videos of your pet during services for use on our website and social media.

• If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before your appointment.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
