1. What services do you offer?
We offer pet sitting, dog walking (solo or group), pet transport, and home visits tailored to your pet’s needs — whether it’s for feeding, playtime, or companionship.
2. What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Limited Sunday or out-of-hours services may be available upon request.
3. Do you offer group dog walks or solo walks?
Yes, we offer both. You can choose between group walks for socialisation or solo walks for more personalised attention.
4. Is your pet transport service safe?
Absolutely. We use secure, pet-friendly crates or harnesses, and all transport is climate-controlled for comfort and safety.
5. What happens during a home visit?
Home visits can include feeding, playtime, potty breaks, medication (if needed), and general companionship. We tailor each visit to your pet’s routine.
6. Are you insured and Access NI?
Yes, all team members are fully insured and Access NI checked to ensure your pet’s safety and your peace of mind.
7. What areas do you cover?
We are based in Belfast and cover the surrounding areas. Contact us with your postcode and we’ll confirm availability.
8. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during holidays or peak times. Last-minute slots may be available.
